It's darker than the product photo suggested. The formula itself is fine, not particularly easy to work with but it does the job in a pinch.

My item was lost, received a damaged package with a missing item. When I reported it and asked for a replacement I was very rudely told that they will refund me and that’s that. . there was no compensation for the inconvenience or any respect for what I wanted. Really impersonal. . not sure if I like to be treated like a number. . not sure if I will shop from Beauty Bay again! Won’t recommend it overall!

I bought two in Taupe, I’ll be returning the unopened one because it’s just so so dark. The shade looks nothing like the examples in the photos. I didnt notice before but many other reviews mention the colour is too dark, too.

Actually had compliments of my eyebrows when I used this, wow. Will definitely buy again. But for a blonde the blonde is waay too orangey. Will try a lighter shade.
