Directions
- Take 1 teaspoon (5ml) on its own or mix with a drink or water.
- You can also add to smoothies, dips or salad dressings.
- This cold-pressed oil should not be heated to ensure that none of the nutrients are destroyed.

Item dispatched on the 4th December and still not arrived . Fastway couriers confirmed two weeks ago this item has been mislaid in warehouse , beauty bay are unable to contact courier after a month with no attempt to refund or replace product for me.

Contacted both the supplier and courier to look into what is causing delay as item has not been received after been despacted over 8 days and have not received any update

I find it hard to take due to the taste, even when mixed into a smoothie but I'll keep going with it for the benifits, iv only been taking it afew days so too so its too soon to say if I notice anything.
